SPECIAL PROJECTS
-
Developing a Culture of Philanthropy - This presentation is designed to inform and stimulate the Board of Trustees or Board of Directors about what is and is not a culture of philanthropy. The desired outcome is a better understanding of their role as leaders in the effort to promote an environment of FUND RAISING that is connected directly to the mission of the school.
-
Teachers as Leaders - One of the most important variables in the education equation is the relationship between the teacher and the student. This presentation or workshop is for in-service days, for TEACHER TRAINING seminars or for small groups of teachers who want to sharpen their skills both in and out of the classroom. And SFLC offers periodic Seminars in Santa Fe.
-
Governance and Leadership - Not your typical board training and orientation workshop, this project takes trustees and directors to school to become the student/learners in a classroom for adults. There are assignments, homework and spirited discussion about what's going to ratchet up the involvement, participation and support that a Board can enjoy and appreciate.
