Albuquerque, New Mexico (1994 - 1998) independent, college-preparatory day school serving grades 6-12.  Accredited by NCA, hired teachers, worked with trustees, parents and students to establish a new school, now in its 15th year with over 500 students; assisted Board in developing strategies for selecting new Headmaster and finding and building a new campus.

Princeton, New Jersey (1993-1994) 6-12 day/boarding school, 450 students; helped to create vision for the future and assisted in transition of leadership and training of faculty; worked with board and parents to re-establish new models for programs and policies.
 
Director, Research & Professional Development, Milton Hershey School, Hershey, Pennsylvania (1992-1993) K-12 residential, 1000 at-risk students; evaluated needs of students and staff; facilitated change through experimentation and training; supported administration in designs for change and assisted acting president with special projects, including search for new President.   Interim, one-year appointment.

Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania (1985-1992) K-12 school, 600 students, 129 employees; Long range plan begun in 1988 leading to capital campaign and building of new middle school; campus of 33 acres and 15 buildings, 7 key administrators; established first endowed teaching chair; honored with named fund for professional development of faculty; created a new middle school program and facility; initiated comprehensive master planning; increased advancement and admissions activities and campus renovations.
